Star Ocean 2, for the fact it could be more than 50, reflecting everything u did, all dialogs/answers, and the party members u got on the course of the game.
Same for Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross, that had many diferent (some very interesting) endings.
Grandia's ending is cool too. |

I enjoyed the ending of FinalFantasy 2 and 3 (US). The last game i finished that I can remember is Conker's BFD and the ending is the same as the beginning :D

Well, I haven't really played that many games...but I absolutely love Metal Gear Solid's ending. From the moment the final cutscene starts, to the very very end, is just in awesome. Very well constructed ending.
