a virus question... how to...?

ok i have a friend and one of her supposedly friends sent her an e-mail which has a virus, i told her not to delet it cus i wanted to know if i could change the filename or the extension without the computer getting infected???:conf: :conf: the only purpose of this is to send back the file to the person that sent it in the first place...:whip: :whip: :whip: any ideas? thanks in advance.
by the way the e-mail looked like this...

sending it back to the person who sent it her is just stupid... if shes got a problem with who ever sent it her tell her to forwd that email to [email protected]
as to the file, it could be downloaded, so long as your friend DID NOT double click it it shouldnt run, but to be honest theres no point really, as hotmail will just dectect theres a virus when she sends the email so you aing gonna achieve owt by doing that. |
