DJ Sammy is also alot more hated than 'our underground stuff', I think you'll find. It's blatently obvious that people only like it because they haven't bothered checking out less-well known material; I'm sure we all liked Sash, Alice Deejay etc at one time in the distant past.
Also, the vast majority of the people who AREN'T fans of the trashy chart-aimed euro trash which you supposedly cane, call DJ Sammy's music 'ing e'. Ergo, it IS 'ing e', by your reasoning. GG. The only reason it's labelled as trance is because of the Ministry of Sound sticking trailer trash pop-dance tosh (alot of which has evolved from the Ferry Corsten trance sound) onto their Trance Nation CDs in order to sell more copies, aiming at younger people who aren't particularly deep into their music and only buy stuff which has names they recognise. Sorry chap, I'm new on this board too but even I know you won't find many airheads like that on here (other than your two fans in this thread that is.)
I recommend you purchase Godskitchen Worldwide. Decent Trance music AND should be easy enough to pick up in your local HMV. Oh also, try sending a demo CD to some superclubs. Let us know their response for humour's sake :D |
