Even if Tiesto was doing a NYE gig in Sydney (which seems doubtful), it wouldn't be at Bondi Beach anyway.... Mobilehome was moved to Wharf 3 from Bondi last year, simply because Bondi Beach events closing times are dictated by the local council (2001-2002 closed at 3am :/). Who wants an event (especially a NYE event) to finish that early?!?
Also, at Bondi there are a lot of problems with drunk wits without tickets hanging around out the front, before charging the fences later in the evening .. on a wharf one doesn't have these problems :p
And besides, how can he fly in or out of Sydney? Remember the curfew? |

Well ive heard a lot of but im not going to believe any of it until i see the event flyers!!
But my guess is he'd play both - he'd be too expensive for just one city's promoters to afford!! And there are ways around the curfew webby (dont you remember two tribes last year (when the dj's did Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne in 2 days!!))....:) |
