I had been smoking everyday weed since i was about 14 until about 2 years ago (22 now). and since about 18 ive been smoking fags. was on about 20 a day id say but maybe more.
So on Monday mornign when i was in a bath i decided I was going to quit :p When i got out my bath iu went thru to my room and broek all my fags in two.
I was at the docs anyway cos im skiving off my work atm and needed a sick line :stongue: so i told him about quitting and he gave me a script for nicorette patches on the ceap ;) Only thing is i have to go the chemist every monday to ppick up a supply of 7 :haha: I can see it now, all the junkies wil be in for thier methadone and I'll be there for ma fag patches.
BUt al lhas went well so far, havent went and bought fags or so. But im so ing hungry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! like as soon as i eat somethign im even hungrier, its not ing normal i say. but i suppose its better than smoking and im hoping the hunger thingy wil go away soon.

| Well i have stopped now and i was smoking since about 12yrs old...the best way to stop is to just stop, none of these "patches" like, just stopped and that's that... |
