There is an opening for shared accomodation for a 2 bedroom apartment with a patio located on 2nd & maple (kits area). It's a close 5 min walk to the beach, 4th avenue, and safeway.
Very easy going, responsible and loves to party. Have turntables, finalscratch and a free adsl connection to share. It would be cool if you are a DJ as well (Khan happens to be a prog house dj)
The full rent is $1250 which we will have to split according to the number of people - includes heat, hot water & cable ($650 for bigger room)
