good luck mate, it took a throat cancer scare to get my mum to stop, but she feels the effects now.
Try replacing the ciggies with something else in ur mouth, spearmints, extra strong mints, chewing gum, so theres something there but not if u get me, and u'll have better breath too for the missus :)

| cut down to 10 lights a day mate, then you seriously cannot smoke normal fags after, then it'll get to a point where you don't even miss them for long periods..... |

Aye. Good idea, plus aswell theres them B & H slivers so I can't complain the tobacco tastes ranker as it will be exactly the same just with less tar and nicotine.
Todays gone really well 12 rollups I'm well chuffed with myself plus I'm going out with somemates for a beer on friday so I will take 40 B & H slivers instead of 60 - 80 odd normal B & H.
Also I hear there is this mouthwash stuff which makes cigs taste really rank so once I finish cigs I'm going neck a bottle of it odd a day, so at least I know if I pick up a cig I won't be able to bear the taste, and have to put it down, according to some people I work with you can get use with cigs and the mouthwash after smoking 5 cigs, but it would taste like smoking 5 royals or camels or 5 marlboro reds or something and I hate really rough tasting cigs, like I'm even quite funny about duty frees sometimes. |

to be honest smokin roll-ups has made me cut down the amount i smoke.. before i started on roll-ups i was smokin 20 a day.. now i generally cant b arsed to make a fag so i only smoke about 10 or so a day :)
the only things which make me smoke more are drinking and boredom.. so just keep away from them if u can hehe
