i dunno brent a cab to space is a lot more expensive than a cab to space from SOBE which is usually 10-15ish. greg estimates it to be a 30$ cab ride, and if there are lots of ppl it might be more worthwhile to ger adjoining rooms in the downtown one? rooms in miami are a lot cheaper in june than in march for WMC. but we just have to find out what works best for everyone.
we should get a whole gangloads of TAs and rent out a floor of some hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For whoever was asking about SOBE hotels, ive stayed at the fairwinds and the ocean five and they are both super cool

they have a couple new hotels in the downtown area. you can try the mandarin oriental hotel which is really nice maybe a bit pricey, they also have the intercontinental which is right next to bayside, so its very close to the club. they also have a new marriot thats also very close to bayside. theres the howard johnson a block away from club space.
if u wana stay in sobe, then u have the loews, but its not that great. i recommend the delano or the shore club. shore club has a really nice and clean look and its got a very cool lounge called skybar where u can see beautiful ppl and celebs. also ur in close range of a popular "ultra" lounge called mynt and in close range to the rest of the clubs in sobe. but stay in sobe if ur staying for the weekend. if ur just comin for that nite, then stay in downtown. |

| so what do u suggest...i'd like a combinations of a nice hotel (pricey, but not outrageous) and close to the club...and beach.... any info would be great..how far is loews from everything? shore club looks really nice.. |

the loews is on the same street as the delano and the shore club, so its in the sobe area. if u wana be near the beach, then stay at a hotel in sobe and wutever, the taxi ride will be like $25, but im sure a whole of ppl will meet up and go to this party so u can figure out a way to get to club space.
if u stay in sobe, u'll have the best time :D |
