heh i remember the first time i went clubbing in ottawa, everyone was smoking outside of the club then went back inside. It reminded me of high school lol
and no, I dont think you'll be much affected. The smoking ban on clubs may be directed for smoking INSIDE the club, but they may have alternate smoking areas(like outside of the club), so B&H can still advertise.
However, ciggy companies have been under fire a while back in Toronto because an issue came up that was going to ban cig companies to sponsor big events/venues in toronto, like the B&H symphony of fire and dumaurier fine arts theatre, du maurier and the canadian tennis open. I don't know whats happening with that though...because that can take a huge toll on our entertainment sponsorship |

I'm very anti-smoking in public places, due to the side effects of smoking.
I like going out clubbing, I don't like being stuff up the next day from the blue cloud of smoke.
Our local restaurants (here in Edmonton) flipped out when we banned smoking with the exception of lounges, but life was remarkably normal after the change. The same will happen if smoking is banned in clubs. |

| Well at the Sasha event last week there was quite a bit of smoking taking place and they were selling packs in the club, so either it was a "special dispensation" type thing or everyone ignores the ban. |
