OMFG!!! Hawtin is a GOD!!!! :eek: :eek: :eek:
That man is probably the most talented DJ I've ever seen. Amazing the way he has so many tracks going at once. And damn I love how he offsets those bass beats, so instead of that 4/4 dum dum dum dum, you have da-dum da-dum da-dum da-dum. Then with 3 tracks going its n INSANE!!! A complete frenzy of sound....I can't help but move! I love it when he spins one track then 15 min later throws down the same track but it sounds completely different, cause he's combining 2 different tracks with it. And another thing thats key to a techno set is knowing exactly when to kill the highs and lows, and Richie does that perfectly.
Damn was it LOUD!! They added 2 650's in the DJ booth and some other stuff cause otherwise Hawtin would blow the system. The bass was off the hook!!! And the white lights were really cool too.
And the patio was a nice place to cool off, cause damn that place was packed, more so than PvD!!! I could hardly breath on the dance floor! |
