branched amino acids just help synthesize the protein better so it gets to your muscles faster..
i believe that ANYONE can gain muscle if they want to. it may take some a lot longer than others but diet is the key.. i've been working on my diet for a very long time now, and it's not easy to make or keep. if you are on the diet though, you feel alot better about yourself.. i can tell you that much.
you never get munchies, you always feel good, alert, and full of energy. |

If u wanna gain weight, my advice is to do some workout, then when u come home from working out, EAT some (u'll be hungry) and then take some proteins/nutrition supplements.Doing like this, not only u'll gain weight but u'll also have a sculptural body :eyes: :D
Working out is vital: it will make u more hungry than usual so u'll eat more than usual.
If u take nutrition supplements without working out, u'll only get fat. |
