| i eat loads (and i dont mean junk food, my diet is very healthy) and i get plenty of exercise, but i just cant put on weight. Tis very annoying :whip: |

| I mean everyones body, metabolism, etc...is different soo theres really no set RULE to live by that will get you to lose/gain weight |

eat before you go to bed.
i gained 5 stone in 2 years from having fast food after i finished work at the bar. i went to bed within an hour of getting home and thats the only thing that was changed in my diet.
now im losing weight by not eating after 8pm, having a piece ofr fruit for lunch and a dinner at 5pm without a desert. also no fizzy drinks as they make you vry fat :/
so far ive lost 1/2 stone in 2 weeks which aint bad :)
i currently weigh 18.5 (lucky its hid in my 6'3" height) and i hope to get to 17 by the summer :) |
