yeah i really need to change my habits too everytime i pop i swear i lose like 5kgs or some workin out jus isnt enough...i think the best bet is to go with proteins and blaze alot and munch hard hehe jus make sure it doesnt all turn to fat...

but when you take proteins and stuff you must eat a lot of food!
that's very important.. because if you don't eat enough food, proteins doesn't help you much!

Be creative. Instead of making sandwiches with bread, use pop tarts. Instead of chewing gum, chew bacon.

You could brush your teeth with milkshakes!

And remember...if you're not sure of something, rub it against a piece of paper. If the paper turns clear, it's your window to weight gain. Bye bye everybody!

Everyone here is forgetting the most essential thing CALORIES. If you just consume protein it won't do jack for you, since the protein will then be converted into calories for the body to burn. 2500 calories should be your daily intake if you work out, ~2000 if you don't. Now combine that with fair amounts of protein (btw your body can only use ~60g of protien daily almosty everything else is a waste, this of course depends on your height and weight, but that's the average) create an exercise routine where you GAIN MASS not definition, and you will be set.

I am just like many of you, where when I eat, no matter how much, I don't gain . In fact, I stopped working out for ~4 months and the amout of weight I lost was shocking. Along with the weight went my strength, after ~2 months, I got most of it back. This is the best way to gain weight, it's healthy.

If you want to gain fat, buy a weight gainer that has 400-600 calories per serving, don't do anything, you'll gain your weight ;).

yes, calories are imporatant but i think it should be around the 3000 range if you have a really hard time gaining weight..


and what this guy says about 60g of protein per day is just flat out wrong.. sorry dude. MANY experts have quoted me on this and they say about 200g/day for me anyways.

2. Sit at ur computer all day posting on TA.
3. Move to Jupiter (you'll weigh like 600lb with the gravity there).
4. Hang out with Rosie O'Donald.

I'm exactly the same as you.. I'm 19... 5'8 and still ing like 130 lbs... And all i do is smoke and sit around muchin on all day. Just cant gain any weight! I'm just starting to eat protein and work out though, so we'll see...
