well i am 6 foot 2 and i weigh about 15 stone :p
but some people are designed to be smaller and weigh less due to the size of your 'frame'.. if your body isnt big enough you arn't meant to be big :sadgreen: |

| depends what your after, if you want to look stocky, then i recommend u eat red meat and lots of protien , if you wanna get fat then eat lots high sugar foods and lots of bread. |
