i'm working on a diet now but the key is usually 1-1.5g of protein for every pound you weigh.. work out.. etc.

| My brother is on a weigh gain diet.. he drinks ensure protein shakes and eats pnbutter til it comes out his ears. So far he hasnt gain massive amounts of weight but you can tell the difference. |

eat lots of fish and chips
then move onto the milkshakes and tons of chocolate
the metabolism in ur body will just get lazy then u get fat
basically, take in more energy than u can use |
