| i thought ninja scroll was pretty barra but that's about it. I found ghost in the machine boring. That's as far as my anime knowledge extends. |

| yeah, im a big fan, particularly Eva, DBZ, manga films (Akira, Ninja Scroll etc)... Ranma 1/2 is also a laugh |

yeah I love my anime! but I haven't been keeping up to date with the latest stuff..
the stuff I like is quite old- Evangelion, Gunsmith Cats, Ghost in the Shell, Akira, BGC2040 etc.

FARK YEAH!!!! OMFG! You are looking @ one of the most hardcore anime addicts on this forum - the only other user who can compare with me is sothis... dare I say it, I think she is even more HARDcORE than me.
Anyways here are some of fairly recent completed anime that I've like:
Full Metal Panic - Typical mecha stuff with an added sense of humour!
Ai Yori Aoshi - Really lovey dovey stuff, for those who love romantic stories, this will touch you for sure!
Samurai Deeper Kyo - Watched Kenshin and loved it when he changes into the Hikitori Battousai ? Although Kenshin hated it, this guy loves it and takes it to the extreme hehe
Prince of Tennis - Kenshin with a tennis racket? hehe
Chobits - another masterpiece from CLaMP! Love story between a guy and a Persacon (female robot) :D
.hack//SIGN - Good stuff, MMORPG indeed!!!
And here are the ongoing current anime airing in Japan:

Original SDF Macross - first anime I'd ever watched... back when I was indeed a wee lad. For the first time, I watched a cartoon with so much emotion, love, death, war, the works... It was ground-breaking for me...

yeh ninja scroll was quite a trip and pretty graphic until...
i saw Legend of the Overfiend (Urotsukodoji - sp???)...
and then i stopped watching anime.
i prefer my cartoons much more wholesome, there's only so much 'demons raping girls' a guy can take. but that's just me. |
