Danny Howells!!!
Hahaha YES! My man Danny is at the Guverment on the 15th!! for those that don't know him..... expect him to play a set simular to Dave Seaman's last time here was here. For a recommended set grab his live in Tel Aviv from just before Christmas. This guy will have your ass shaking all night!

I dont think DH is anything like Dave Seaman. Im sure they play some of the same tunes but at the same time their styles are also kind of totally different. Seamans alot trancier, and Danny is more techier/housier and he gets funkier too.
Danny IMO is 100X better than Seaman!

Ya I was trying to give those a rough idea of who he is as I am sure a lot of TA's arent familliar. Danny is my Fav DJ in the world. Probably the most crowd friendliest DJ I have met. He loves doing what he does, and does it very well! Definitley worth seeing live !

Ive never seen Danny live, but have a few of his sets on cd. I agree the Tel Aviv is a wicked set, but the one im really feeling now is the Timo Maas & Danny Howells - Live @ Dance Department. 3 hours long, and once Danny hits the decks, its just rediculous. Cant wait to see this guy, missed his set at Summers End (couldnt get into the Kool Haus cause it was so freakin packed). Id compare his style more to a Deep Dish/Satoshi Tomiie but a little more upbeat and funkier at times.

For sure Mecha, there will be no excuse for this one. Deep Dish was seriously packed to shit and I left early.
I am always keen to meet other progressive house fans on here! We'll make plans sooner to the date.
And Techno Addict - Danny is a very versitile DJ. He spins Progressive (Deep, Funky) he spins Techno (at ARC in New York) and even touches on some traditional sometimes. Very unique , but he is best when he is live! Check him out.

Thats why I LOVE him. He drops everything, his sets are so unpredictable. Hopefully they'll let him play for a long time, because usually the longer he gets to play the more diverse his sets become. From breaks to funk to drum and bass to house to techno! He plays it all and plays it well!
DANNY OWNS!
