Saw a music video about 4 years ago.
Quite Trancey with a slightly robotic sounding melancholy bloke singing.
Video is the key here: were basically animated architects drawings that showed someone waking up, making breakfast and heading to work. Colour graphics showing drainage systems, water flows, etc with bubble descriptions over key features.
Sense it was European / French / Daft Punkish (but not them).
Any help gratefully appreciated as has started to drive me mad....
