i wouldnt last a minute.

i've been on a similar situation once i got ear damage it lasted only a few minutes but it was horrible, i could only hear a peeeep echoed and my own accelerated heartbeat. Similar to what you are supossed to hear when a bomb explodes next to you. I received a punch on the ear and even lost equilibrium it was weird.
