Dennis Ferrer was made to get off the decks at Mansion in Miami this Saturday the 25th of February, after being booked as the headline act for the night. Dennis has said via his twitter and facebook that he was told to get off because he wasn't playing commercial enough. Surely it's a good thing when your headliner isn't thrashing the Top 40?!

Mansion clearly are yet to check their facebook today with the Dennis Ferrer Guestlist link still top of the page now with angered comments from Ferrer fans underneath it. On of the comments made:

"Hey Mansion, get your sh*t together. You're not fit to have Dennis Ferrer grace your club. Pulling him off the decks because he wasn't commercial enough? Pathetic! Do you even know who you're booking?" - Chris Winebarger

Fair play. Will be interesting to see what Mansion come back with. We've got Ferrer's back on this one. "WTF!" Surely they knew he'd have to play something with his Hey Hey hit during the set...

What kind of club is this? I was reading the facebook comments and even the group The Rapture wrote on Ferrer's wall that the same thing happened to them at Mansion a couple of weeks back. Why book artists that won't work at your venue?

bad management. it's a typical miami bottle service place which enjoys cheesy electro. they have some good acts sometimes but for the most part its fromage. It's miami! lol
