It could seem like he is from the UK, but I'm not really sure to be honest.
I had a look for his releases on Discogs, and the latest stuff i can find there is from around 2004, so it doesn't really look like he's active anymore.
He did produce some great stuff back in the day though. Here is another good one from his Nordlander alias:
