so, after saying "i'm learning DJing" for couple months, i finally hit the record button and made my first proper -- albeit incomplete -- DJ set.
but it was a trainwreck.
beatmatching was alright, the bad part was that i switch to another track at the wrong time, and the transition was too long. took me more than 30 seconds to fully flip the crossfader from one side to another, grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. i vowed to myself i'd practice like crazy from now on!!!!

i would download and tell u where u need to improve, but for 2 main reasons, 1. there is no download link, and 2. i think you already know what u need to do, and that is practise. don't think it's impossible, because i came 3rd in the first mixing competition after only having DJed for just over a month
30 second transfer time is not too long, in some of my mixes, the transfers go up to 1:30, usually i try to keep my transfers between 1-1.5 minutes,
