Not really. Its a matter of tolerance to certain sensory inputs, most of which you listed wildly vary between genders.

Since airplane travel is so quick, say compared to rail travel, then it makes more sense to spend less and get less value, because the total time is much less.
much quicker than that rail travel across the atlantic. that's a bitch.

It is possible to value comfort more than cost.
Yes, but I am arguing that it is stupid when apply a function of time to the situation. Some people have ridiculously high demands for comfort, even for short periods of time.
Same reason I think limousines are fucking stupid.
They should really build a mega chunnel to cross the Atlantic. They could even put scuba equipment under every seat to maximize safety.

Your argument is completely based around subjectivity. Different people value different things more than others. Just because you think it's stupid doesn't mean it is stupid.

I was using them as a time comparison you idjit. I could have easily just said an ocean liner, but since no one uses those for traveling between two destinations anymore I felt it was irrelevant.

And escape helicopters aboard the train in the case of a crash! And every few miles would be a large pump that injects thousands of tons of liquid marshmallow into the tunnel to minimize damage!
I miss Theresa.

Yes, I know, I admitted that, but Shaw kept saying I was objectively wrong, probably because I called him a pussy and an idiot from texas, and told him his cabinets look like shit.

Ahh I missed the post where he said you were objectively wrong. Where was that?

There are actually realistic designs for undersea tunnels. They would not be traditional rail tunnels, but vacuum tunnels. Imagine a super sized version of the little things at drive up banks. The trains would reach speeds of thousands of km/h.

you were arguing gender upgrades, actually.
also: each month, on each major US airline, approximately 1.14M men and women flying in premium class disagree with you.
