That pisses me off. I'm not sure if your family made Australia their home out of duress, but it was the country which nurtured you for most of your life and the reward it gets is "No thanks, you're actually not that good." That said, you do live in Sydney, so I can see why you'd think that.

Yeah, it was a bit of a gong show. Super fun.
Vernon - it's the best racing value out there and totally accessible to anyone. Tickets are less than 60 euro for the weekend and you have full access to all grandstands, grid walk, paddock and other spectator areas around the track (serviced by free shuttle busses)
