lol. I'm not a fan of all of it, esp fish & rice dishes but generally their meat is good, but the best has been my lamb dishes over the years, because lamb is good at taking in flavours yet cutting through it too, other meats tend to be easily overpowered.

funny question. it's one thing my brother really strugles to find good quality off there. Where in ontario do you get it from? He's finally found a butcher in alberta but the price is huge.

haha ok. It's my speciality to cook really, my brother worked with a chef during school, first waiting on & secondly he let him help out in the kitchen & he has a great pallatte (sp) and my herby lamb really makes him happy, so I must be doing something right. It's also done well when i've had dinner with some other tas.
