I need a good recipe for cooking Quail, I've finally sourced some but have no idea what to do because they're so damn small

Is it for people of taste and culture or English peasents that think pepper is an exotic spice?

The Turkish restaurant near us makes INCREDIBLY good quail. Unfortunately, I have no idea how they make it All I know is that it's cooked with awesome herbs/spices in a big fuckoff wood-fired oven.

I have only a george formby grill or a worktop halogen oven to work with. Which sucks for making good sauces.
