Touch of death for anything mechanical, be it my $65 slow cooker or $65,000 car, she sort of missed her calling in life being a solicitor when she could have gone into the field of product testing.

One of my all time favorite things to say to depict how shit-house (thanks Stu!) your day is going is, "OUR PETS HEADS ARE FALLIN' OFF!!"

Don't think Labour can lose with the way they've Gerrymandered the election areas can they?

Labour have lost. They have no chance of winning enough of a majority. It's between if the conservatives can gain enough seats for a majority or if the Lib Dems can get their new-found popularity going enough to deny that & have some sort of say in what would be our first ever coalition government. All I know is that David Cameron is as smarmy and annoying as Rudd.

Probably because he's in the same flavour as Rudd, white, conservative christians masquerading as liberals... I mean in any other spectrum you'd look at them the same as any other WASP in position of power and know what you're getting.

well we have to hope that he doesn't get in because the conservatives are just going to make the rich/poor divide much bigger with their favouritism for the privileged

Problem is no happy middle ground, the tax system is terrible for encouraging small business and entrepreneurs like me. Pretty much why I don't live there... aside from the rubbish weather, pea brained idiots and political correctness gone mad.
