the trick is in playing around with how much of each ingredient to make the heat level bearable....if you eat cayenne and other kinds of ground pepper...it does not have to be 911 type spicy...eating these spices will speed up your metabolism and make you burn calories while not moving regardless of how hot it is.
how many fat pakis do you know?

Well it is Sydney after all. We do have a high amount of middle eastern and sub-continental migrants.

I wouldn't know, I thin I've eaten KFC about 5 times in my entire life.
I tend to avoid chicken for fast food, it's far too easy to get sick.
Plus every second person I know has got sick from KFC before

What is rain like? What is it like to see a cloud in the sky? I look up and it's just one colour, the vast blue of the sky, like a giant smurf about to swallow my city.
And, on a related note, I've never seen a KFC in my whole life.

Can't say that I know many people (read: I can't think of any I know) that have gotten sick from KFC. Then again, most of the people I associate with these days, doesn't eat absolutely shit food.

The chicken itself is just jerky and discolored as if it was killed and adrenaline flushed its muscles it's just gross.
