Omg I fucking hate Kitson and next time I go to LA I'm gonna throw shit at their fucking store. I just send them this angry email:
This is now the fourth email I have sent with regard to this matter. My Visa has been charged, for an incorrect amount, for a purchase that was supposed to be covered by web credits, and I want these charges reversed immediately. Furthermore, one of the items I ordered did not come with the shipment, I assume because it was out of stock? This means that you now owe me money/credit. Just so you aren't confused, the online purchase was made with my credit card, but shipped to my friend who lives in Los Angeles. You can expect an email from him as well.
Considering how poorly this situation has already been dealt with, I would prefer if you could just put the remaining amount of my store credit back onto my credit card, which should have been done in the first place. I understand that your policy is store credit or exchange only; however, I live in Canada and this whole web-credit arrangement is proving to be far too difficult for you to handle. I worked in sales/retail for several years, and am shocked that your employees couldn't make an exception to your refund policy for someone on vacation from out of the country. I understand that all you want is my money, but quite frankly I do not want to give it to you, and regret purchasing anything from your store.
I will be contacting Visa to investigate the matter, so I expect that this will be dealt with in a timely fashion as my last two emails have been unanswered - emails I sent during your business hours, by the way.
