You know, the one thing I'm proud of, when it comes to Brazil, is the banking system. People say it's the best in the world, and I've got no reasons to doubt this claim.
As I said a while ago, I received a deposit by mistake. After some investigation, we found out it was an American bank that bollocksed everything up. It didn't take me 48 hours to contact the bank and sort it out. They sent the money to the original owner and everybody is happy.
I don't think I've ever had a problem with my bank. Banco do Brasil rocks
