nope I don't use it. i know what it does but my diet currently needs me to avoid using fermented products. They weren't edible but only because I didn't cook them for long enough, but I do have a proper egg poaching pan. Not that it helped, but since timing was the only issue, i'll be fine next time

Stu. I don't drink much at all, I find that I enjoy it more when it's just kept to special occasions like holidays, weddings etc. Then again, I've not drank traditional tea or coffee this year, just either lemon & ginger or cranberry & orange. Most of the time it's just plain water though, from drinking none and all sodas 18 months ago, I now drink 2 litres + a day
