Decent games to relax to?

I am not an avid gamer, but i would like to find a nice game to smoke a bowl, relax to (no action) and immerse myself into a nice storyline.

no action style stuff, and no rpg gay shit.

*puts on wizard hat*

suggestions?

Ops.

Well, i don't know if it has storyline, but, for PS3 there is a game which everyone speaks very well of it. It's Flower, a game with very nice fields and locations. Another game could be flOw, made by the same team.
And if you gonna solve mysteries there is one amazing adventure in the 90's called Myst. One of the best (for me) adventure games. For Saturn, PS1 and PC.
Or probably the old tomb raiders, the first one don't have so much action and you have to explore the places.

If you like horror or mystery, there's a great number of point-and-click sort of adventure games out there for PC... they seem to have them all at Wal-Mart, try there.

I cannot personally vouch for it, but a lot of people really adored this game:

http://www.amazon.com/Dreamfall-Gam...38597553&sr=1-7

Might be worth looking into, everyone says the story is excellent and that it's really adventure/puzzle-oriented as opposed to action/combat.

//And then there's always...

I only watched the second movie, but is that game just "follow the trail of petals" or does it require any thought? I could see that game being cool if it was more interesting.

what systems do you have jay? if you're just doing the PC thing you could always try sim city 4 or one of those puzzler/adventure games like.. resident evil, splinter cell, sam and max.

personally when i'm just relaxing i can't play video games for longer than an hour or so- usually i bust out the old school nintendo/SNES/etc games like tetris or tecmo bowl. no long-ass annoying introductory bullshit and it holds your attention long enough until you find something better to do

shoot me a pm if you can't find these games.

One of the Civilization or Sim games... something turn-based would do well.

Puzzle games... Tetris Attack, Kirby's Avalanche/Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine (same game, SNES vs. Genesis).

I also find Super Metroid and Metroid Prime to be pretty good games to kick back and relax to, even though there is action involved.
