"A studio environment is there to be exploited. I don't really hold with these 'all live on 2 decks mixes'. If you want that, go to the gig." - Ben Watt

Not pictured: M-Audio sub
If i am not mistaken this cd deck has a 0,02 resolution?
And lots of stuff to play with like samplers? effects ect...

heres a recent pic of my setup:
2 Technics 1210 M5G Turntables
1 Pioneer DJM-600 Mixer
2 Ortofon Concorde DJ S Catridges
1 Pioneer HDJ-1000 Headphones
2 Behringer 2031A The Truth Studio Monitors
Underneath the table:
2 Technics SL-1200MK2
1 Numark DM2002X MY RECORDS
teh setup:
1x Pioneer CDJ-800
2x Pioneer CDJ-200
1x Reebok Carbon X Size 12 Blue/White Shoe 'CDJ Lifting Box'
3x Technics 1200SL Mk2
Pioneer DJM-600 Mixer
Yamaha Monitor (in the back, on the pedestal)
mixer looks pretty dusty. gonna clean that later. that gray deck looks like shit. the internals are great (was a really old deck our resident Yugoslavian techno terrorist fixed up completely, and has in a waiting list for a repaint)...
buncha vinyls & CDs:
so ok. my room is a mess and looks like shit. the setup sure as hell doesn't look pretty. but let me tell ya something, IT GETS DA JOB DONE. heh. still have to fix up my room, throw out all the junk, and rearrange how the table and decks are to fit into it.
...ok ok. so i'll stop bullshitting you. hehe. not my setup. i own the CDJ-200 on the left on the setup pic (we re-arranged it when my mates came over, the yugoslavian kid plays with 4 records at once [yes, at once, same time, all faders on top, 4 different tracks] so he likes to use the CDJ-800 in channel 1, since it has vinyl emu, and decks in 2,3,& 4 since they're the inputs with PHONO). the 3 decks and mixer + monitor belong to him. the other 2 CD decks belong to another mate of mine. the vinyls are a combination of both of theirs. my CD collection is in that CD case. the reason i have everything is, well, one of my mates is moving, and doesn't have a place for all of it, and the other is on holiday, so get to keep his stuff.
hopefully, i'll be able to buy a 2nd CD deck for my own setup soon.
hehe. one guy owns 3 decks, a 600 and a yamaha moniytor. another guy owns a cdj800 and a cdj200, and i own a 200. put it all together, and in my shitty room, and thats what you get.

How are you liking FS?
LOL... and I'm just thinking about buying two more CDJ's...
Best thing I've ever done! I was looking for a digital way (about 1,5 year ago) to keep spinnen. Back then FS wasn't as stable as it is now (If you have anough knowledge about laptops / computers / OS-es) So i choose for the CDJ.
Now was the time to jump onto FS2.0 after they had some software fixes etc.
