so a BMW compare to a Toyota Echo
Do you say the Echo is a waste of buying ?
the Echo is cheap and good reliable 4 door family car. its good for some ppl who dont have much buck pay to play, exspecially, its just bedroom setup , not a club setup.
I'd say the Beringer is a Good to start
Bad analogy imo. Toyota make some of the most reliable and quality cars available. I would liken my allen & heath xone:32 to a toyota because I bought it for its top quality sound, whereas I'd liken a xone:92 to a BMW because it's got all the features AND the quality. I'd liken a behringer to a 1950's buick that won't start cos it's pure shit.

I'd go with that as a comparison, or better yet a Chevy Chevette, or an Edsel, hehe

Pure shit is what's coming out of your mouth Fudge. You've messed with mine, it's a good buy for the money with kills/good EQs/4 channels, etc etc. You're just mad cuz you bought an OVERpriced mixer! SUCKA!

It is true you do get what you pay for. In the case of the DJX700 you can certainly do alot better with the same amount of money.
While we're still on the track of comparing our DJ setups to automobiles....
My setup is like my 88 Lincoln Town Car with 100 spoke chrome rims... straight pimpin...
...Then you get inside and realize lock works but unlock doesnt, the rear windows won't go down, the front ones get stuck, the fender rubs up against the tire every left turn you make, the tailpipe throws sparks every bump you run over, the suspension on the right side is shot causing a nasty "gangsta" lean to the right, but goddamn I'm going deaf from these fuckin subs!
haha classic white trash mobile. Thank god I can't afford the insurance anymore. I'll just stick to my tables.
