This grabs a sample, loops it, and plays it out on a separate channel allowing the track to continue to play. On a cdj you can just loop, but you can't store samples for later

The CDJ's don't have samplers.. well i guess they "kinda" do, but its hard to do it on they fly. The reverse mode is really useless, maybe for tricks, but not really to be used with the loop function. Does anybody actually use the reverse mode?
I use the reverse all the time! It's tough to get the hang of it, but if one track has a breakdown, you can cue up another track maybe a min or so, kill the bass add a filter and play it in reverse. Sounds really cool
