The Washington D.C. / Baltimore, Maryland area has LONG been known as one of the biggest rave scenes in the USA, we have heavyweights and trendsetters including DJ Scott Henry, DJ Charles Feelgood, DJ Sun, Deep Dish, Dave Ralph, East Coast Boogiemen, Lovegroove and many other rising stars. Buzz at NATION in D.C. is widely recognized as the biggest and best club night in the nation, replacing the former champion Fever, which was in Baltimore. Buzz has attracted talent including Sasha and Digweed, Paul van Dyk, Paul Oakenfold, Pete Tong, Boy George, Carl Cox, Armand van Helden, DJ Icey, BT, Tall Paul, Fatboy Slim, Moby, Aphex Twin, Rabbit in the Moon, The Chemical Brothers, and many many other huge names.
We have dozens of other club nights all over the area and the scene has been huge despite attempts by law enforcement to shuts us down.
So where are my D.C. tranceaddicts? Baltimore! Where are you guys!? There have got to be lots of us out there, and if any place in the States could stand up proudly to compete with New York or Los Angeles as the Dance Capitol of the the nation, it would be us AT the capitol of the nation.

As we've said before...

a Washington DC (America's new Trance Capital) forum would be most welcome, especially to those of us in the VA/MD/DC area!

There were posts from at least 6 trance addicts in this thread supporting a dc/baltimore forum, and now they're GONE! I couldn't log into tranceaddict yesterday evening either! what's goin' on?

does anyone know if there's an official # as to the number of active TA users that must vouch in order for a new regional forum to be created .. ?

i know that Belgium TA had to go thru quite a bit before their lobbying was granted a blessing by the TA Pope ..
