i could only smoke one J today, im out and couldnt be fucked buying more..but i placed this duralgesic fentanyl patch today, works for around 72 hours..sooo goood..im sure Jenny knows what im talking , since its a hospital drug.

A friend of mine was addicted to those a few weeks back, ended up freebasing the patch when it would wear off. Fucking disgusting, I'm glad he cleaned his act up.
