It affects different people differently. My dad smoked daily for yearsssssss, and has done some pretty hard shit in his life as well. When he was forced to quit pot cold turkey after his last divorce, he said it was one of the most maddening periods of his entire life.
Your body is craving THC and because it's such a cumulative chemical, it's storing little bits of it in your fatty cells to release at slight times. It's really not a good mental feeling in the least, so just hold in there, I promise it only gets easier and easier to deal with. I felt all fluey and anxious as well, its shit, but it will go away entirely.

It's pretty nuts. I actually FEEL slightly high and had a little bit of cottonmouth and red eye. Could just be my imagination, but I wouldn't be surprised in the least based on what you're saying about the storing of THC.
I went for a run at 11:30 tonight and that itself made me feel a lot better, released some stress and got the endorphins flowing. I'm going to be upping my water intake by a good bit and continue to do some cardio. Really wish I had access to my University's sauna right now, I've read that helps a shitload, like you said, in terms of getting it out of your system.
At this point I'm just getting more and more turned off to weed. I felt really bad too as it's my mom's 50th tonight, and I just started degenerating while we were out in public at a restaurant, and panic attacks + anxiety in a public setting with nowhere to go are absolute hell. Luckily her and my dad understand, but shit, kind of a buzzkill to the evening, which made it even worse.

God I hear you about the panic attacks in a public setting with no place to go... Such hell.
Hang in there man. You'll get through it
Withdrawl is such a bitch.. One of the worst experiences of my life was going through Xanax withdrawl. Ugh. So horrible.
Just keep exercising, drinking lots of water, try to eat healthy, and you'll pull through in time. Good luck with it!
And if none of that helps, just make sure to listen to my mix really loud, I'm sure that will help

Enydo- been there buddy. Just do what you're doing... water+exercise. it might take a while, but slowly you'll start to adjust. I took a 2 year hiatus from smoking. In the beginning... tough, but you start to appreciate not being high.
At any rate, just smoked a awesome bowl of nightshade.

For whatever reason, when I set my phone down on top of my grinder (for herb), the phone thinks it's connected to a car dock and goes into GPS mode
Must be a relation between the phone's EMF and the all-metal grinder.

No, your phone is just high. It's a more common problem than you'd think.
Some well said stuff about taking breaks. I think its necessary for sure. Every time I have taken a break, I have never had the anxiety or withdrawal symptoms that you all are talking about, but I get irritable. Its always hard to readjust after doing things that you associate with whatever you are quitting.

This bodes very true for me, at least for the first two days or so after I've smoked and then stopped. About mid-day, my body will start to feel a little bit like it would when I'm high, but it's very subtle and feels odd. At the same time, there's a very weird, uncomfortable mental feeling that I get which, honestly, is really fucking tough to describe. All I know is that I really, really don't like it. Luckily, it only lasts for about a minute or so.
