I stopped for 3 days and took about 4 niacins prior to taking the test and i passed (mind you i smoke pretty much everyday).
When you take the Niacin it makes your skin feel really hot in certain places. I, for one, was feeling a burning all over my neck area and my hands and arms. Very weird feeling. As long as it works......
