"It is important to not touch the ceramic filter with the flame."
how do you achieve this? |
"By paying attention to the flavors and heat inhaled, you know the temperature, and can adjust flame application accordingly. Experienced VaporGenie users can keep the air stream temperature to within a range of about +/- 30F or better. This is sufficient temperature control for vaporization"
basically just dont stick the flame in as far or in at all... whne i use it i simply let the flame rest at the brim of the bowl as i inhale.

i had NO idea that they made vaporizers that you didnt have to plug into an outlet....does this vaporgenie really do what it claims to and just heat the nug like a traditional vapo, by using a regular lighter?! cause if so, im sold! |
fuck ya it does, you have to blend the nugs up though.. like if they are dense nugs it takes about 0.1 - 0.2 grams to fill the bowl. and ussually 1-2 bowls does the trick and leaves you steamed for hours.
from the website:
"Since the VaporGenie is designed for use with flame, the vapor is not as clean as vapor from electronic vaporizers that are properly used (electronic vaporizers often cause burning and produce smoke when used improperly). With the VaporGenie, flame exhaust is inhaled. However, most users do not notice the difference (lighter flames or match flames are much cleaner than smoke). And unlike electronic vaporizers, the VaporGenie is as portable as a conventional pipe, is less expensive, requires no heat-up time, and is more reliable. There are no electronic gizmos to break in the VaporGenie.
The VaporGenie is an excellent choice for people just starting out with vaporization, and for people who own an electronic vaporizer, but would like to vaporize away from home"
