Get the Sony MDR-V6's.
To improve their comfort, get the Velour pads from Beyerdynamic for their DT250 headphones, and replace the V6's pads with those.
That way, you have the best of ALL worlds!!
The best sound (which the V6's have already, LOL!), AND the best comfort! That headache, tightness, sweatiness, all that other stuff? That can be fixed by replacing the pads!! Boylukey2k, I'm willing to bet that, with the Beyer pads, you will prefer the V6's over your current cans, LOL!
Remember, get Beyerdynamic's replacement Velour earpads for their "DT250" Headphones.

P.S. If you still find the MDR-V6's too tight (that tightness is a for-dj feature, so they dont fall off in 1-sided monitoring and stuff), you CAN stretch the MDR-V6's a little, all ya gotta do is pull veeeeeeeerrrrrryyyyyyy carefully, and I think the metal part should bend a little. But, I wouldn't though, I'd just get these bigger, softer, more comfy, circumaural pads, LOL!
