Florence I can drop, Barcelona not so much. We both would really like to see it, regardless of the churches.
I've had four hours of sleep I've worked 40 hours in three days. I'm sure you all knew what I meant. |
Definately definately do Barcelona its amazin! Probably the best city I've been to (outside England obviously!) Barcelona has everythin you need to party/sitesee
What kind of trip are you lookin for anyway? You wantin to see the sights or you just goin on a massive piss up? If its the latter then you might as well buy a burberry cap and a hoody and stay in England!
For a good mixture of things to do, things to see, and general partying/nightlife I would go to Barcelona, London, Paris, Sheffield, Amsterdam (forget Brussels I've been twice recently with my old uni and it is shite, there is litterally nothing to see/do unless you wanna visit the EU buildings! which is what we did. I've heard Antwerp is the place to go in Belgium for nightlife), no idea bout Germany but it would probably be Munich as others have said, Vienna has lots to see and is just half an hours train journey from Bratislava (Slovakia) which looked really nice (only spent half a day there mind), nothing to see/do in Ljubljana (Slovenia) but is very picturesque, in Italy there's loads of places like Florance (basically all art museums etc), Rome (smelly and dirty but hey, its got a big stadium where they used to throw Christians to the lions in the good old days!) In East Europe definately do Prague and Budapest (never been to Poland but I heard Krakow is very good to visit if you wanted to do Poland) The Balkans (Croatia etc) used to be where all the rich kids from our school used to go to before all the wars so there must be some thing down there! Supposed to have some of the most beautiful land scape in the world (and Dubrovnik looks really cool from the back of their bank notes!)
Did I miss anything out? Nothing of any interest in Scandanavia so wouldn't reccomend goin there. You could get an EasyJet to Ibiza too!
