Personally I always preferred T1 tournaments..it's kinda nicer when you have the greater set of cards..besides, it made you seem more like a pro 
Anyway, I started playing somewhere around Exodus, and kept buying cards and actively playing somewhere until invasion, although I do have some earlier/later made cards. But I was never too much into those competitions, alhtough I did use to hang out with some people who went to european championships. I did have some relatively good rares, but not really anything of P9 sort. And sometimes I was stupid and I traded some of my really good cards. Like I totally hate myself for trading Yawgmoth's Bargain for a Thorn Elemental and two of those 2 mana 2/1 first strike archers. Most of my cards, except for my 2 best decks I sold because I needed the money for an mp3 player in my car. The closest I could come to P9 would probably be something like City of Brass or the Vampiric Tutor. Anyway, now that I started looking through my decks..do you by any chance have an extra Howling Mine or Urza's Armor? I only have one of each, and I really need more of them in my deck...oh yeah, and a Dauthi Trapper and Cutthroat...
