Did you try to change port/use encryption? Your ISP could impossibly filter that? That really sucks nonetheless, ever thought about trying another ISP?

I might be wrong, but I think that bittorrent uses a specific port for initial contact (6880 or something), but in any case it doesn't matter. For some reason the ports have been opened again.
