It's kind of like... I go to a coffee shop.
Order my coffee, buy a newspaper.
Sit down, start reading, writing little notes for me to remember on the side of the paper.
I'll look up and people will be looking at me.
And I think "Don't come over here and waste my time, we won't have anything worthwhile to talk about."
Sometimes I'm wrong.
I like it when I'm wrong about that.
But most of the time, I'm right. |
Well I suppose being a goof is an improvement on nimwit at least
I think the problem you have is likely to follow you where ever you go. How long have you lived there now? Most places tend to grow on you after a while. When I moved to Liverpool to go to uni I was s glad to get away from home and start afresh. But altho Liverpool was obviously far better than the shitty little town-cum-village I lived in I still began to notice things about the place or people that got on my tits. After uni I worked for a year which was complete hell cos I was back home but last year I moved to Leeds to do an MA and it was like moving to Liverpool again, like a new start. But now I've lived here for a year and know the place better I still get all the things that piss me off about the last place! I guess your always gonna find things that you dont like the longer you stay in one place...
