Nope! There's a lot of guff out there from the 50's too (think Coventry, Bristol or Plymouth!) which are just plain terrible as well, but the 70's are just vile. I doubt there's much chance of that happening anyway, think your far more likely to be beaten to death by one of the local scrotes running around for 50p in your pocket or just one of your co-workers who's fed up of your crap
Maybe they can just give the local kids sledgehammers and a day to run around unsupervised in there knocking out load bearing members until it falls down.

Too right it's a rough as hell. You get all sorts of scum hanging around there, my local pubs about a five minute or so walk away across three really busy roads. I use it as a shortcut as you enter a shopping centre which my buildings built on top of there is a series of underpasses luckily you don't go too far into Greyfriars station.

Utter horrible chav infested dump though. I remember years ago there was a minature riot in there. Involving white and black British people against Kosovian Albanians. Proper gritty stuff hundreds of people battling out.

Most are decent people however they did bring over a load of t*ats with the normal ones. There was a series of tit and tat assualts and general unrest in the bars in the centre of Northampton leading up to it. I think a lot of it involved criminals who wanted to have it out.

There was a lot of hatred at the time because some of them were on an easy number, there were scenes where they'd been supposidly sleazy to women etc some people didn't like. One Friday afternoon it all kicked off.

There was 200 people odd throwing punches and using weapons. A group of 40 police turned up and gave most of them hammering. Not a very wise decision to fight in the Bus Station as the police station is literally across the road from it.

Press coverage local newspaper and news.

There was this club I use to Dj and Bounce at that was right across from the police station. With real assholes we would carry them kicking and screaming to the cops door and drag them in, the cops would take it from there...

Maybe happend 4 times in my 4years there, cause we ran a propper door... but when a person pulls out a blade or box cutter in a club, we would bum rush his ass and get in a few hits. I got sliced 2 times down my back with a box cutter, did not even realize it either till one of the coat check girls screamed and told me "Uh, Laz, YOU ARE BLEEDING!!!" But I am a big boy,,,,, We threw out one dude and about 3 of his fellas for picking on gays and they drove by and shot a shotgun with buck shot out onto the door. Have shot still embedded in my chest and back. CAUSE I AM HARD CORE BITCHES!!! but any ways, ran into an old buddy of mine today and we were trading stories about the days of old.....

Laz hanging with his dodgy Latino homies. Most doormen in the UK are gangsters involved in the drugs trade, it all involves protection rackets and drug dealing. It's why a lot of bars and clubs who don't offer a security company a contract mysteriously burn down or an owner or manager ends up in hospital. Not very good.
