But seriously, when I post here, I want to make sure my position is extremely solid, or otherwise be willing to suffer the consequences. Usually, I stick to the former. When one's positions are furthermore in flux regarding certain issues, more research is needed to cement them before even thinking of posting something definitive. So instead, I continue reading and enlightening myself regarding certain topics than I'm passionate about with the intent of posting when I feel I've reached a level that's acceptable to me. In the meantime, I feed my posting addiction by whoring my local forum (Montreal) and starting drama in other local forums for shits and giggles. Click here (Note: most of the stuff in that thread is pure jokes and I don't necessarily adhere to any of the more philosophical positions touched upon in that thread, so don't come back and try to debate me about it )

Anyway, I still follow the debates, and will post soon enough, although it'll be more philosophically than politically oriented. Looking forward to debating with you guys

Haha now you're going to get me ranting. I was going to come back to Pittsburgh, but I ended up skipping carnival this year because my freaking fraternity is on probation and there's no drinking at the house ... why the fuck would I go back to Pittsburgh if I can't even DRINK??? The ONLY activity there is to DO in pittsburgh (other than masturbation)!!! Sure I could have went to PHI bar, PDC, or Southside, but gimme a break, carnival ain't carnival without some kegs!! I don't think anyone ever knew what hit them. Maybe it's because Epicurus started out with a much too elaborate post. He should have kept it simple: "I'll insult you - you can try to insult me".

As to the poll that gave birth to this forum, I think that thread has been deleted. Swamper once stated that he did that periodically. I remember that it was simply a "post here if you want a political forum"-thread in COR, though.

Well yes, it looks as I'll have a great friday too. I had to meet with my mechanic to give me some parts for the car and he kept delaying it since 14:00 (now it's 19:24). I just called him and he said that he's busy but will meet me in an hour or so. Aside from that I went out to meet with one friend who forgot to tell me that he changed his plans so I came there, waited a while, and went home. And the girl that was supposed to give me grape vines to plant in my car has gone out of town...I'm so totally pissed.
