Supercuts, a nation-wide chain of facilities specializing in hairstyling, has offered the United States government a deal proposing that immediately after the possible capture of Osama Bin Laden, he be properly cleaned and groomed by specialized Supercuts representatives before appearing in any media.
President and CEO of Supercuts, Mark Himmel, made the announcement shortly after the capture of Iraq's Saddam Huissein.
"We saw the videos and pictures of Saddam in custody of the US," says Himmel, "and we found it absolutely appalling to have a man be presented to the world in such terrible condition. His appearance almost made him look like a savage and we think it is against human rights to present a person to the world in such a way."
United States officials have not commented, but inside sources do tell that this deal may very well make it through processes.
Initial reaction from Americans, however, have been very negative.
"What is this world coming to when people want to pamper and please the worlds biggest killers?" says Jimmy Redrock, a radio talkshow host in Washington DC. "Should we escort him to his prison cell in a mercedes? i mean, come on!"
Osama Bin Laden is the leader of Al Qaeda, a terrorist organization that carried out the deadly attacks on the United States in New York and Washington DC.
