i know exactly what you mean about being drained, and i have the solution to your problem. instead of sleeping the night straigh you drink some water before bed, then you wake up at night to take a piss, after that have a quick snack and drink more water until you're not thirsty, then go back to sleep.
its the hunger and dehydration that makes you feel like shit in the morning IMHO. dehydration is also responsible for much of the hangover symptoms from alcohol, and it kinda feels similar to oversleeping doesn't it ?
