I think that Germany has big trance and techno scene. Perhaps it´s possible to have an extra board, where some of us can talk about German trance and even in German That would increase the board members I think. Look at the netherland board, which is highly frequented...

sure i think that germany/switzerland techno scene is the biggest one in europe, sorry for NL love & street parades proves that the techno movement is very developed here. (up to 1 million ppl yesterday at the street parade in Zurich)
