Plug your sub into your soundcard/mixer, then the sub has outs to your monitors and you can adjust the crossover frequency etc, well mine has anyway

this is the amp i use on the back of the sub, it has line in and out. the out does not seem to be affected by the filter so my monitors plays full range. no problem tho they can handle it. between the soundcard and sub i have the volumekontroll u see on top of the sub and the headphone amp u see on top of the right rack.
soundcard -> headphoneamp -> inano volumekontrol -> sub -> monitors
quite simple realy. only problem is that some is jacks and some are rca so i had to get some converters there. id like everything to be balanced XLR realy but subamps with that costs abit.

Ok, thanks! I Have a sub that's not getting used anymore, so maybe I'll make a home theater sub of it!

it needs some beatytip tho but its not alone about that in that room of mine rofl.
ok now i wonder. is it safe for the computer to stand next to the sub, like right next to it with no space? the bassdriver has a pretty powerfull magnet and i assume it can fuck up the HD on the comp? anyone? can it destroy anything else than the HD caus HDs are cheap and it might be worth the test.

Well if the sub is magnetically shielded it shouldn't matter too much but, I myself would probably worry about vibrations getting to the computer. Just feel the side, do you feel any on the panel?
